If you purchase a policy with us we are legally required by the FCA to retain your personal information for a minimum of seven years. If you consent to your personal information being retained for the purposes of a quote, we will retain your information only for the valid period of that quote if you subsequently decide not to purchase a policy with us.

Once we have received your data we will ensure that it is treated with the utmost respect and in accordance with the GDPR, DPA and any applicable regulations. Your data will be stored on our secure server within the EU. We follow strict security procedures in order that the data we collect is stored and disclosed appropriately and securely.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although treat-u-fair will do its best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
